Sri Sri Radha Madhava's
New Home
The story of the ISKCON Sri Sri Radha-Madhava Mandir is one of unwavering faith and a decade of longing. For years, the community gathered in the humble, rented halls of the Makati temple. While filled with love, that aging structure could no longer hold the growing sea of devotees or the grand scale of our festivals. We dreamed of a permanent sanctuary—a place where the heritage of the Vaishnava community in the Philippines could truly flourish.
That dream is now a breathtaking reality. Rising near the heart of BGC and Makati, the new temple stands as a spiritual beacon, born from the labor and prayers of those who have served since the late 1970s. From the first brick laid to the recent visit from the Indian Ambassador, every milestone has brought us closer to this moment. We are overjoyed to announce that the wait is finally over. On January 31, 2026, the doors of the ISKCON Sri Sri Radha-Madhava Mandir will swing open for its Grand Opening.
This new home is more than just a building; it is a hub for spiritual education, children’s seminars, and a center for outreach through kirtan and prasadam. As we put the finishing touches on the altar and prepare the space for Their Lordships, we invite you to be part of this historic transition.
The final 20% of the journey is before us, and as the Vishnu Dharmottara Purana reminds us, even the gift of a single brick brings everlasting happiness. Whether through a donation for the deity’s jewelry or the gift of your time in service, you are an essential part of this opening.
On January 31st, let us come together in Taguig to fill this new sanctuary with the holy names. The long wait is over—Sri Sri Radha-Madhava’s home is ready for you.
Hare Krishna!

ABOUT ISKCON
ISKCON Sri Sri Radha Madhava Mandir is part of the ISKCON group and has a two storey Filipino-style house.
Originally designed as a protestant church, it was renovated to include an altar for Sri Sri Radha Madhava, as well as two kitchens — one for the deities, and the other for the devotees and locally run Food For Life program. With 17 residents currently and visitors ranging from 70-80 people during a normal week, the ISKCON temple is popular amongst travelers.

BHAKTI YOGA
ISKCON belongs to the Gaudiya-Vaishnava sampradāya, a monotheistic tradition within the Vedic or Hindu culture. Philosophically, it is based on the Sanskrit texts Bhagavad-gītā and the Bhagavat Purana, or Srimad Bhagavatam. These are the historic texts of the devotional bhakti yoga tradition, which teaches that the ultimate goal for all living beings is to reawaken their love for God, or Lord Krishna, the “all-attractive one”.

SUNDAY LOVE FEAST
Every Sunday is a mini-festival at all Hare Krishna temples worldwide. With delicious multi-course vegetarian meals, music and spiritual discussion (and occasionally, dance and drama), guests can experience the world’s oldest cultural tradition.
The programme provides an opportunity for anyone to learn about the lifestyle and culture of those who practice bhakti-yoga.
